What are you doing to achieve your inner peace? Some people go to Church believing it is the answer to finding inner quietness of the mind. This is not true in many cases, because unfortunately (like many other sources in life) churches do not always have the truth.
What is the truth? Do you know? Do you scramble through each day searching by means of the subconscious mind to find answers to your question, yet fell to see the answers because you are afraid to meet your subconscious mind?
Until you find truth, you will not find inner peace. Regardless of what youve heard throughout your lifetime the truth is somewhere within you. Even if you do not have the entire truth, you have more than you think. We are all born with the gift of inner peace and the gift of truth. Ethnic is truth. Thus, it is people of all natures living in the world of havoc to join in union.
Peace in true definition is a quietness of the mind. If the mind requires quietness then it is up to you to shut up the argumentation that goes on between the emotions, subconscious, and conscious mind.
The subconscious mind has goodies waited inside, and it is up to you to hunt them down and find it. Once you make contact with your subconscious, you will be surprised what comes out. To do this, it takes skill, effort, patients, long-suffering, and the ability to find your way out of havoc and into inner peace.
Quietness of the mind means there is no area for suffering, pain, and was obtained will go to lengths to remain in tact from the chaos.
During your time searching for inner peace, you will need to learn how to liberate the mind. Liberating the mind means, you are willing to give all your guilt, prejudices, shame, lies, negative thoughts, and other harmful thinking to God and let go for life.
Once you reach this agreement with self then you will feel peace within your being and once you gain this feeling continue to let go and fight for your inner peace.

According to the Center For Disease Control and Prevention, 910,000 people will die this year from some form of cardiovascular disease. Thats a staggering forty percent of all annual deaths! The great irony is that cardiovascular disease is largely preventable. Have you taken the necessary steps to heart attack-proof yourself?
Theres a simple, proven and easy way to reduce the chance of you becoming part of these grim statistics, and that is to increase your intake of the healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
The research has continued to pour in from countless sources about the amazing benefits of the omega-3s. In fact, scientists and medical professionals alike now agree that the omega-3 fats can prevent and even reverse – the deadly effects of cardiovascular disease and stroke (the first and third leading causes of death, respectively).
Omega-3 fats have gotten so much good press lately that youre probably already aware that you can get your omega-3 fatty acids from all types of seafood, particularly the oily fish like salmon, herring, mackerel and sardines. Studies have shown that people who consume high amounts of fish improve their overall health and well being in too many ways to list.
A 17-year study of men with no history of heart disease, published in The New England Journal of Medicine, found that those with the highest blood levels of omega-3 fatty acids were more than 80 percent less likely to die suddenly from heart disease. And the benefits apply to women as well. A 16-year study of almost 85,000 women found that those who ate fish two to four times weekly cut their risk of heart disease by 30 percent, compared with women who rarely ate fish.
A 1999 study called Food intake patterns and 25 year mortality from coronary heart disease, revealed some very interesting findings about omega-3 fatty acids by comparing the diet of people from America to other regions of the world. The results of this study showed that in countries like Japan, where seafood consumption is high, the prevalence of death from heart attacks is much lower than in America.
Scientists believe that this is due to the fact that Asians eat far more seafood than Americans, and 85 percent of Americans are deficient in omega-3 fatty acids. The same findings were uncovered with the Eskimos from Greenland, who also consume large amounts of seafood. The 1970 study found that despite eating a high fat diet, the Inuit had significantly lower incidence of heart disease.
So what is it about omega-3 fatty acids that make them so great for your heart? It boils down to the chemical composition of the fatty acids. If you looked at them under a microscope, you would see that omega-3 fatty acids are long strands of polyunsaturated fatty acids. These polyunsaturates – alpha linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) – lead to significant reduction in cardiovascular disease risk and other health benefits.
Studies show that consuming these fatty acids over an extended period of time can decrease blood cholesterol levels, cause regression of coronary heart ailments and even help in preventing the progression of colon cancer.
But despite the average American diet being low in omega-3 fatty acid consumption, there is a limit to how much you can consume safely. The recommended daily intake of EPA and DHA is approximately 650mg per day. That figure is even higher for pregnant women who should consume 1000mg of EPA and DHA per day. Because of the high amounts of mercury found in fish, however, it can be dangerous to consume the amount of seafood you would need in order to reach the optimal intake. Thats why fish oil supplements are a great way to obtain your essential fats.

One such fundraising event is the annual Foundation for the Advancement of Student Technology Golf and Tennis Classic. The fifth Foundation for the Advancement of Student Technology Golf and Tennis Classic was held on June 12th at the Glen Head Country Club. Over the past five years F.A.S.T. has used the Golf and Tennis Classic to fund and support computer related projects and district wide technology based educational seminars.
The Foundation for the Advancement of Student Technology Golf and Tennis Classic is a day long tournament that includes brunch, lunch, cocktails, full course dinner and a silent auction. Every year there are over two hundred participants. The event as recently renamed in memory for Glenn Steinfast, a former news anchor and long time F.A.S.T. supporter.
An additional fundraising effort is the Foundation for the Advancement of Student Technologys Discount Card which is purchased for around $20 and gives discounts to local businesses in the Roslyn Union Free School District, part of the Long Island Unified School District. The proceeds from the purchased Discount Cards go toward funding the development of computer education.

Theres been quite a shakeup in the NL West over the past month, as a couple of teams have caught fire and others have really suffered. The Rockies were in first place just a month ago, and now theyre looking up at the rest of the division. Although the teams are still relatively close to each other in the standings, we could be seeing form taking hold.
Arizona Diamondbacks
Currently:
The Diamondbacks have taken the lead in the NL West due to their strong month, posting a 17-9 record in the last 30 days. The teams offense continues to produce runs, and their pitching staff is having a good year as well, boasting a team ERA under 4.00
Outlook:
The Diamondbacks have the tools – powerful offense, strong pitching and stingy defense. If they can maintain their consistency, they could emerge as the team to beat in the division.
Los Angeles Dodgers

The team appears to have all the ingredients, and recently got a potentially enormous boost with the return of Eric Gagne, one of the best closers of his era when hes healthy. If he rounds into form, look out – this team could challenge for the World Series.
San Diego Padres
Currently:
The Padres started to put it together last month, as they won 13 of their first 14 games to open May. Overall, theyve won 2/3 of their games since May 1st, and although theyre still in third place, they are keeping pace with the surging Diamondbacks and Dodgers. The Padres have done it in every possible way, winning slugfests and pitchers duels along the way. Khalil Greene and Brian Giles are off to great starts this season, and Trevor Hoffman has been his nearly-untouchable self.
Outlook:
The Padres are winning with a relatively young team, and if Giles and Greene keep up their pace, this team will be in the thick of things come October.
San Francisco Giants
Currently:
Although the Giants were barely over .500 in the past month, they did manage to rid themselves of a major distraction when Barry Bonds finally hit his 715th career home run. Finally, the Giants can just relax and play baseball. Theyre still well within striking distance, and Omar Vizquel has a chance for a career offensive season.
Outlook:
The teams pitching needs to come around, even with Jason Schmidt having a strong year. If the Giants can get hot, they could sneak up on the teams in front of them in the standings.
Colorado Rockies
Currently:
The bottom has fallen out a bit on the Rockies, who have plummeted from first to last place inside of a month. Going 11-17 overall in the past month has been bad enough, but the Rockies also suffered through a streak where they lost 5 of 6 games and are currently mired in a 6-game losing streak. If theres one common denominator thats responsible for their fall, its their pitching, which has been pounded of late.
Outlook:
If Matt Holliday and Brad Hawpe can stay hot, and their pitching staff can get it together, the Rockies can climb back into the race. They need to do it soon, however, or theyll never catch up to the hot teams above them in the standings.

Presbyopia, also known as short arm syndrome, is a medical term used to describe a vision defect where the natural lens loses its accommodation power. Accommodation power refers to the ability of the eye lens to change its focal distance, depending on whether the object in view is placed up-close or far away. This is a common disorder that virtually everyone experiences in their middle age. Specifically, at the onset of the 40s, people experience blurred vision while looking at nearby objects, such as when reading or sewing.
Presbyopia is different from other vision disorders, such as nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism these are all concerned with the shape of the eyeball or the corneal tissue and are caused due to genetic factors, trauma, or disease. However, Presbyopia is an age related disorder and is believed to be caused due to a gradual loss of elasticity of the natural eye lens. As the eye lens stiffens with age, it is difficult for the lens to focus up close.
Presbyopia is not normally curable, but the loss of accommodation power can be compensated for by using eyeglasses or contact lenses. A few patients might require bifocal or progressive lenses. 3. Anything Else, And You Risk Losing Their Interest

I would tell writers to be careful if theyre going to exaggerate. I know everyone does it on resumes. But if someone claims to have been a writer for twenty years and is pitching my low-paying mag, Im going to wonder two things. First, Im going to wonder if theyre lying. Second, Im going to wonder why theyre not working for a higher paying magazine if they really have that much experience. If theyre not lying, then I have to assume that theyre just a bad writer.
